Description

ADC12 is a kind of die-cast aluminum alloy, suitable for cylinder head cover, sensor bracket, cover, cylinder block, etc. Due to the good moldability of die-casting, It is suitable for thin castings

Application

Used to remove the oxidation impurity and degassing
Two kinds fluxes applied for high melting furnace and low melting furnace
In granular form and less emission

Advantage:

Good performance on refining .Less metal in the dross.
Improve mechanical properties of aluminum alloys
Less dosage then powder fluxes

Specification

Furnace temperature: 690-720℃  710-740℃
Appearance: off-white granular
Shelf life: 12 months

Package

Packed in 5kg (PE), 25kg (PP), 1000kg bags or customerized
