1. What is deslagging agent?

Deslagging agent is the product of slag gathering and slag removing of iron cast steel, used for smelting and slag removing of cast steel, alloy steel, special steel and non-ferrous casting.

Deslagging agent is used for cleaning and slag gathering in the later stage of iron smelting. It is usually used in ladle, crucible furnace, reverberatory furnace and electric furnace, which can make the slag quickly accumulated, ensuring the cleaning of the molten liquid.
