Magnesium Remover Flux (Lomag)

General Description:

SATA magnesium remover flux is developed for removing unwanted minor amount of magnesium from molten aluminium and aluminium alloys. Initial magnesium content should be below 1%. If the initial magnesium content is above 1% add sufficient magnesium- free metal to bring it down to this level.

3. Application and Usage :

SATA -370A:
1.It is a low Mg flux with hexachloroethane free. 
2.Less emission when application. and suitable for low aluminium temperature : 680℃.
3.It is featured with excellent performance on removing initial 0.5-0.7% of Mg content to 0.3% target Mg content

SATA 370B: 
1. It is featured with excellent performance on removing 0.3 initial mg content to 0.1% target mg content. 
2. Suitable for low aluminium temperature: 740℃.

4. Packing:

5kg HDPE bags load in 25kgs PP bags or in 20kgs cartons.

5. Storage: 

Store in a dry and cool place with good ventilation .Original packing should be kept until ready to use. 

6. How to use

Recommendation by using injection equipment to use De-mag flux. 

7. Advantage:

1. Magnesium removing effect can be above 50% if handled well.
2. Good liquidity, better for application.
